As an HR Admin – Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient HR workflows and employee support.
- Update and maintain HR databases and systems,



ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, perks, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Support compliance activities, audits, and documentation reviews.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support continuous process enhancement.
- Utilize HRIS tools, including Workday or similar platforms, for data entry, reporting, and record management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related role.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; exposure to Workday is preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and labor law fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR platforms.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Knowledge of HR reporting and data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
