- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance routines across all assigned floors and zones.

- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks to housekeeping attendants and monitor their performance.

- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular checks of public areas, rooms, and facilities to ensure high standards.

- Inventory Control: Track cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; report shortages promptly.

- Issue Resolution:



Handle guest or staff complaints regarding cleanliness quickly and politely.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality.

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

- Attention to Detail: High commitment to maintaining a clean and safe setting.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
