�� We’re Hiring | Host Acquisition Manager – Solar ProjectsSolar Capital is building the next generation of distributed solar infrastructure across India, and we're looking for a Host Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Delhi NCR.

�� Your MissionYour primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard properties where Solar Capital can develop solar projects.

You will work directly with property owners, institutions and businesses to take opportunities from:

Lead → Meeting → Site Survey → Proposal → LOI → PPA

What you'll do· Identify potential schools, hospitals, factories, warehouses, hotels, commercial buildings and institutions.

· Build relationships with owners, promoters, trustees, facility heads and decision-makers.

· Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.

· Qualify properties based on available space, electricity consumption, load profile and commercial feasibility.

· Arrange site surveys and coordinate with the technical team.

· Present Solar Capital's solar PPA / host model.

· Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.

· Maintain a strong pipeline of potential solar projects.

· Convert opportunities into signed hosts and solar project capacity.

�� Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who:

· Has 3–7 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience

· Is highly confident in approaching and negotiating with business owners





· Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Is comfortable with field sales and travel

· Is persistent, target-driven and excellent at follow-ups

· Can independently build a sales pipeline

· Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

⭐ Experience in these sectors is a plusSolar / Renewable Energy | Commercial Real Estate | Infrastructure | Facility Management | Industrial Sales | Institutional Sales | B2B Sales An existing network among schools, factories, hospitals, warehouses, hotels or commercial property owners will be a major advantage.

�� Compensation₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month + performance-based incentives

Strong performers can earn significantly more through project-based incentives.

�� LocationDelhi NCR

This is a field-oriented role, so regular travel across Delhi NCR will be required.
