Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA ? Open Positions: 25 ? Interview Mode: Virtual ? Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree ⏳ Experience: 1–4 years ? Age: Maximum 27 years ? Key Responsibilities - Generate Home Loan / LAP leads through field visits, local markets, referrals and databases.

- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for documentation and approvals.
- Handle post-sales service and customer queries.




- Develop relationships with principals, references and local market networks. ? Candidate Requirements - 1–4 years of proven field sales experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans or Banking Sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market .
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
