Role Description The Holiday Packages Tour Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for designing and selling domestic and international holiday packages. This role involves consulting with guests to understand their travel preferences, budget, and schedules, then proposing suitable group tours or customized itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The consultant coordinates with suppliers and partners to confirm bookings, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery of travel vouchers and related information.





Daily tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing destination guidance, supporting visa and ancillary service requests, and resolving pre- and post-travel queries. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in booking systems, following up with guests for feedback, and contributing to promotional offers and package improvements.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in travel consulting or travel & tourism, with the ability to design and manage holiday packages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, explain options clearly, and build long-term guest relationships.
- Knowledge of guided tours and group travel operations, including fixed departures and customized itineraries.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools and platforms (GDS or similar) and basic understanding of visa, insurance, and ancillary travel services.
- Relevant qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Indian or international languages is an advantage.
