Experience: 4+ years

Key Focus:

Proven expertise in hiring for Wealth Management, Liabilities (CASA, Current/Savings Accounts), and Asset products (Loans, Credit, etc.)





Lead a team of recruiters and manage high-priority banking mandates

Strong client relationship management and team mentoring skills

2. Recruiters Banking Domain

Experience: 1.5+ years

Key Focus:

End-to-end recruitment experience in banking verticals such as Wealth, Liabilities & Assets

Ability to handle multiple mandates and close roles efficiently

Solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills specific to banking profiles
