Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical IT projects and Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project/program delivery, enterprise client management, stakeholder governance and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical IT projects / Managed Services engagements.
- Manage enterprise client engagements, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality and timeline adherence.
- Act as the primary contact for client governance and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering and business teams for project execution.
- Monitor project health, risks, resources, budgets and delivery performance.
- Conduct client reviews, governance meetings, status reporting and executive presentations.
- Manage project scope, change requests and delivery timelines.
- Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence.




- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical project teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Delivery / Project Management / Program Management / Managed Services.
- Robust experience managing enterprise technical projects and client engagements.
- Hands-on experience with project governance, SLA/KPI, resource and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project.
- Solid leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / ITIL certifications preferred.
- Cloud/DevOps exposure is an added advantage.
