Designer level simulation Role with Harita Techserv

Role Details:

Function Area: R&D; Vehicle Engineering (DAG / Durability FEA)

Work Location - Hosur

Exp Required - Min 2 to 6 yrs Exp

Notice Period - Immeidate to 30 days only

*Candidate should have 70% hands on experience in Creo and 30% hands on experience in Simulation tools.

/ Scope of Work:

1. Execute static, fatigue, vibration, and durability load cases in Creo Simulate as per internal standards.

2.Perform pre-processing and post-processing of FEA models for 2W chassis, body, and powertrain parts. 3.Interpret boundary conditions from ANSYS, OptiStruct and Abaqus input files and replicate them in Creo Simulate.





4.Modify CAD in Creo to resolve mesh errors and effectively use weld modules where required.

5.Compare Creo Simulate results with FEA results and align them with defined acceptance criteria.

6.Prepare result documentation, plots, and compliance checks for internal reviews.

Valuable understanding of Strength of materials, Vibration, Machine design, Materials and failure models.

7.Demonstrate strong communication skills and actively engage with stakeholders to smoothly align and support the Creo procedure handover.
