Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Mumbai, providing healthcare-related support and expertise within Wintality UAE’s operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing health needs in the workplace, offering first-response care in line with EMT protocols, and coordinating with medical providers when necessary. The role will involve developing and delivering health and safety training for staff, promoting wellness initiatives, and advising management on healthcare best practices relevant to the team’s working environment.

Specialist will maintain accurate health records, ensure compliance with local healthcare and safety regulations, and communicate clearly with employees to address health concerns and provide guidance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated EMT or emergency care skills, with the ability to respond effectively to health-related incidents.
- Robust foundation in Medicine and Healthcare,



with practical experience in clinical, occupational health, or wellness settings.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with staff, explain health information clearly, and coordinate with external medical professionals.
- Experience in Training, particularly in health, safety, first aid, or wellness programs for diverse teams.
- Relevant healthcare qualification or certification (e.g., EMT certification, nursing diploma/degree, or allied health credential).
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices, ideally in corporate or service environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality regarding health information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing health risks.
