Rosemounts Institute has been shaping how young people think about their futures for 25 years. We're looking for someone who can build and grow our relationships with schools across the region — someone who's comfortable opening doors, sitting across the table from a principal, and turning a first conversation into a lasting partnership.

What you'll do

- Identify and approach schools for partnership on our VIP+™ Career Pathway Program
- Build relationships with principals and school decision-makers — in person, not just over email
- Run and support pilot programs at new schools, working alongside our founder
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: onboarding, delivery support, and renewal
- Represent Rosemounts at schools with professionalism and warmth — no hard-selling

Who you are





- Based in or willing to work from Dehradun; comfortable travelling to schools regularly
- Strong communicator, equally at ease with school leadership and with students/parents
- A teaching or education-sector background is valued — you understand how schools think
- Self-driven; able to manage a pipeline of relationships without close supervision
- No formal certification required — we train you in our method

What we offer

- ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000/month, based on experience, plus performance incentives
- Monthly travel allowance
- 9:00–6:00, Monday–Saturday (half-Saturdays discretionary)
- Direct mentorship from the founder on every early pilot
