We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head to lead the TA function and drive high-volume hiring across sales and business functions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in bulk/B2C sales hiring, team management, sourcing strategy, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for the organisation for bulk & lateral hiring.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business manpower requirements.
- Drive bulk hiring for BDE/BDA, Inside Sales, Counsellors and other sales roles.
- Manage and mentor the TA team and allocate hiring targets effectively.
- Build strong sourcing channels through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, agencies and other channels.
- Track and improve key TA metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio and cost per hire.




- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Drive recruitment campaigns and hiring drives when required.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and implement corrective actions.
- Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in high-volume/bulk sales hiring alongwith Campus hiring.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- EdTech experience is a must.
- Experience managing 10+ member TA teams.
- Experience handling 50+ monthly closures across multiple locations/languages.
