Epic International Hospital – Head of Marketing, Business Development & Growth

We are hiring a senior healthcare commercial leader to build Epic's complete marketing, business development and patient acquisition engine from the ground up.

The candidate must be capable of:

- Building and leading the marketing and business development team
- Developing Epic's go-to-market strategy
- Creating awareness for minimally invasive healthcare
- Building doctor referral networks
- Developing physical/field marketing
- Driving digital and performance marketing
- Building corporate, hospital and institutional partnerships
- Creating patient acquisition and conversion systems
- Building CRM, MIS and performance dashboards
- Managing marketing budgets and ROI




- Taking ownership of patient growth and revenue
- Recruiting, training and managing the entire growth team
- Working directly with the Founder & Managing Director

The ideal candidate is a commercially strong healthcare leader, not merely a branding or communications professional.

Target profile

10–18+ years experience; solid hospital/healthcare business development and marketing background; proven team-building and revenue-growth experience; Hyderabad preferred but open to exceptional candidates from other major Indian healthcare markets.
