QUALIFICATION

- GNM

- B.Sc. Nursing

- Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

- Valid Nursing Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience

- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within the assigned department

- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards

- Lead, mentor and support nursing staff

- Coordinate with doctors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams

- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration and patient care plans

- Prepare duty schedules and manage departmental staffing

- Promote infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care





- Assess, monitor and accurately document patient conditions

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations

- Maintain complete and accurate patient records

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment and post-care instructions

- Follow hospital quality, safety and infection-control protocols
