Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Head Chef – Indian Cuisine for a reputed hospitality establishment in Kuwait. This is an excellent international opportunity for a highly skilled culinary professional with strong expertise in authentic Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and execute authentic Indian menus (North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, Curries, Biryani & regional specialties)

- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes following standardized recipes

- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers)

- Source and manage Indian spices, ingredients, and raw materials





- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)

- Monitor inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and supplier coordination

- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu pricing and promotional strategies

Salary: 1.90 lac/ Per Month

Requirements

- 5+ years of working experience as a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine.

- Only Muslim & Christian candidates can apply

- Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Physically fit and able to work long hours if required

- Age limit: Below 38 years
