Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
- Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
- Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
- Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
- Able to debug and modify fast formulas
- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
- Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth setting
- Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
- Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues
- Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.
- Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
Experience: Consultant : 3-5 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Senior Consultant : 6-10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical
