Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, style preferences, and desired outcomes Cut, trim, and style hair using a variety of techniques and tools Perform hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, full color, and color correction Provide chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments Recommend and sell hair care products, treatments, and services based on client needs Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry products through ongoing education Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and rebooking Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary Required Qualifications Proven experience as a hairdresser, stylist, or in a similar role Robust knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques Familiarity with various hair types and textures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
