Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Guidewire applications based on business and technical requirements.

- Work extensively on

Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter

.

- Develop solutions using

Gosu and Guidewire configuration frameworks.

- Design and develop integrations between Guidewire and external applications using APIs, web services, messaging, and integration frameworks.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Ensure development follows coding standards, Guidewire best practices, and organizational quality standards.

- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

- Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development workplace.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in

Guidewire

.

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more Guidewire products:

PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter

.

- Strong expertise in

Gosu programming and Guidewire configuration.

- Experience in Guidewire integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, messaging, and external system integrations.

- Strong understanding of





P&C; Insurance domain and insurance business processes.

- Experience with Guidewire application development, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.

Must Have

- Guidewire ACE Certification – Mandatory.

- 8–10 years of relevant IT experience

, including strong Guidewire development experience.

- Hands-on expertise in

Guidewire development and configuration

.

- Strong knowledge of

Gosu

.

- Experience with at least one major Guidewire product such as

PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter

.

- Strong experience in Guidewire integrations and customization.

- Good understanding of the

P&C; Insurance domain

.

Good to Have

- Qusar Certification.

- Experience working on

Guidewire Cloud implementations.

- Experience across multiple Guidewire products.

- Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud APIs and integration patterns.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies.

- Experience with automated testing and performance optimization.

- Prior experience in a technical lead or senior developer role.
