About The Role The Crowners is looking for a highly creative Social Media & Branding Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, social media design trends, typography, and marketing communication. We are looking for someone who can transform ideas into impactful visual experiences and contribute to building strong brand identities for multiple clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design

- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails, and social media campaigns.
- Create platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create festival creatives, promotional creatives, offer creatives, and campaign assets.

Branding & Identity Design
- Design logos and brand identities.
- Create brand guideline documents.
- Develop visual systems, color palettes, typography guidelines, and brand assets.
- Design packaging, stationery, and corporate branding materials.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Marketing & Advertising Design
- Design Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners, landing page graphics, and email marketing creatives.
- Create performance-focused ad creatives with strong visual appeal.
- Design campaign concepts and creative communication materials.

Print Design
- Design brochures, flyers, standees, catalogues, visiting cards, posters, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare production-ready files for printing.

Creative Development
- Research design trends and emerging creative styles.
- Generate creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers, social media managers, video editors, photographers, and marketing strategists.
- Understand project requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.

- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
