Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing, websites, advertisements and campaigns.

- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, company profiles, magazines, visiting cards, standees, banners, packaging and other print materials.

- Develop creative concepts based on briefs and convert ideas into visually strong designs.

- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print communication.

- Work on branding and corporate identity including logos, brand assets, typography and visual guidelines.

- Create creatives in different formats for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites and other digital platforms.

- Prepare artwork for skilled printing, including CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution and print-ready files.

- Work with marketing, content and development teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

- Take feedback constructively and make revisions quickly.

- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, visual styles and AI-based creative workflows.





- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, background removal, image enhancement, creative exploration and workflow automation. Current industry roles increasingly mention tools such as Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney, Canva AI and ChatGPT.

Required Technical Skills

Essential:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- Strong knowledge of Typography, Colour Theory, Layout, Composition and Visual Hierarchy

- Digital & Social Media Design

- Print & Publication Design

- Branding & Corporate Identity

- Image editing and retouching

- Knowledge of print production and pre-press

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
