About the Role

LinkUp Social is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing.

You should have a strong understanding of modern design trends, typography, visual hierarchy, branding, and social media creatives, with the ability to turn ideas and briefs into professional designs.

What You’ll Do

- Design social media posts, carousels, Stories, banners, and ad creatives.
- Create visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
- Develop branding assets, promotional graphics, and marketing creatives.
- Work closely with content and social media teams to execute creative ideas.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Perform basic image editing, retouching, and manipulation.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work.
- Good understanding of typography,



color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create original and professional designs without relying heavily on templates.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Bonus Points

- Previous experience with a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Experience creating Meta Ads and performance marketing creatives.
- Experience working with multiple brands or clients.
- Basic motion graphics or animated post creation.

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is required.
