Role Description The Graphic Designer role at DRIFT MEDIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Graphic

Designer will create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include developing brand-aligned layouts, designing logos and visual identities, preparing assets for motion and video projects, and collaborating with the marketing and development teams to support ongoing client work. The role involves interpreting client briefs, refining concepts based on feedback, maintaining consistent design standards, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative materials.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute ideas to improve visual strategy and enhance audience engagement across platforms.





Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with experience creating digital and print assets for diverse campaigns.
- Ability to design effective Logo Design and Branding materials that reflect a clear visual identity and brand strategy.
- Competence in Typography and layout design to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically aligned content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work in marketing materials, social media creatives, and brand design projects.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with marketing, content, and development teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
