Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Chennai.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with DALMAF’s brand identity and service offerings. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, and website content, as well as developing logos, icons, and branding elements. The role involves collaborating with marketing, operations,



and leadership teams to translate complex services into clear, engaging visuals and enhancing communication materials used with clients and partners.

The Graphic

Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain design consistency, and prepare production-ready files while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, professional visual content.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work across digital and print media.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Chennai.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
