Summary

This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates in engineering who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic industrial environment. The Graduate Trainee Engineer will gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills across various engineering disciplines within GE BE Private Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.

Conduct research, data analysis, and technical calculations to support project requirements.

Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.

Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions under supervision.

Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Continuously learn and apply new engineering principles,



technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial) from an accredited institution.

Strong academic record.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

- Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
