Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer role based in the SIDCO Industrial Estate, Near Manali.

The Graduate

Engineer will support production and coating operations, assist in planning daily work schedules, and monitor shop-floor activities to ensure adherence to process and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and technicians, preparing basic technical documentation, and assisting in quality checks on parts and finished products. The role also involves learning and applying standard operating procedures,



supporting maintenance of equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is designed to provide structured training to build strong technical and practical skills.

Qualifications

- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Technical abilities: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, materials.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to observe processes, identify issues, and support the implementation of practical solutions under guidance.
- Communication and teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with operators, supervisors, and engineers.
- Work ethic and adaptability: Willingness to work on-site in a factory workplace, learn new processes, and adapt to rotating responsibilities or shifts as required.
- Additional advantages: Internship or project experience in manufacturing, coatings, or industrial engineering, and familiarity with basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
