Designation: Vice President - Regulatory Compliance

- Lead the governance and oversight of regulatory licences, permissions, registrations, waivers, and entity authorisations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory authorisations, including applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and regulatory submissions.
- Develop, implement, and enhance regulatory governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating licensing and regulatory risks.
- Drive policy reviews, standards refresh, control enhancements, and governance framework improvements.

Desired Profile

- 10-15+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Licensing, Entity Authorisations, Compliance Governance, or Regulatory Risk within Banking or Financial Services.




- Strong understanding of global financial services regulations, regulatory licensing, entity authorisations, and cross-border compliance requirements.
- Experience managing the complete lifecycle of regulatory licences, permissions, registrations, waivers, and regulatory submissions.
- Proven experience implementing governance frameworks, policies, standards, and control environments aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Robust knowledge of Operational Risk, RCSA, compliance controls, governance forums, and regulatory reporting.
