A balance between valuable English and German instruction skills and learner engagement is what we look for in a candidate. As a trainer, you will be conducting German lessons online to our clients.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in GERMAN (C1 to C2 proficiency or equivalent)

Must be able to work from home

At least 1 year of training, teaching, or tutoring experience

At least 3 years of corporate experience

Excellent GERMAN communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)

A college degree is required

Good computer skills

Typing skills and the ability to type accurately while on video call

Know how to multitask

Quiet, dedicated workspace

PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)





A noise-canceling computer headset with a microphone

High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)

Webcam capability (internal or external)

Operating System: Minimum Requirements

Windows 10 or higher

Mac - OS 10.12.6 (OS Sierra) or higher

Processor - Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent

8 GB RAM

10 GB of available disk space

Work hours

Number of hours per week: 30 to 40 hours

Number of days per week: 5 to 6 days

Working days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week
