Role Description This is a full-time, on-site German Tutor role based in Vadodara.

The German

Tutor will plan and deliver engaging lessons that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills aligned with learners’ proficiency levels and objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, assigning and assessing homework and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support learner progress. The tutor will maintain accurate records of student performance, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles,



and collaborate with colleagues to refine course content and teaching strategies.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with exam preparation, participating in academic meetings, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in German (preferably minimum B2/C1 level) and the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills clearly and effectively.
- Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring, including lesson planning, assessment design, and learner feedback.
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and learning resources, including digital tools and interactive materials.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; formal German language certification (e.g., Goethe, TestDaF, TELC) is highly beneficial.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured full time, on-site academic environment in Vadodara.
- Prior experience preparing learners for standardized language exams or international study/placement is an advantage.
