Role Overview :We are seeking a seasoned Generative AI expert to join our innovation team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune. In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI-driven solutions that transform how our clients interact with data. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-grade LLM applications.

By bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world business utility, you will directly influence our product roadmap and deliver measurable value by automating intelligence and enhancing user experiences across our global enterprise portfolio.Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines to solve high-impact business problems, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industry standards.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of AI-generated outputs for end-users.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to integrate Large Language Models into existing software ecosystems, driving efficiency and innovation in our service offerings.
- Fine-tune and deploy Deep Learning models using industry-standard frameworks to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost-effective scalability.




- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting code reviews and sharing best practices in NLP and model architecture.Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling Generative AI and NLP applications, with a deep understanding of LLM architectures and their practical limitations.
- Proficiency in leveraging LangChain and related orchestration frameworks to build complex, multi-step AI workflows that meet rigorous enterprise requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tensorflow or PyTorch for developing and training Deep Learning models, coupled with the ability to optimize model performance for production environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune.
- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 6 - 10 years of skilled experience in machine learning and software engineering. (ref:hirist.tech) .
