We are looking for a GenAI Product Owner who can define, prioritize, and drive the execution of AI-powered product initiatives that transform the way businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the GenAI product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams – engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders – to translate business needs into product requirements.

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring AI-driven features create measurable business impact.

Lead the ideation, validation, and delivery of Generative AI solutions (LLMs, NLP, Chatbots, AI Agents, etc.).

Break down high-level concepts into explicit epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.

Stay updated with the evolving GenAI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases, etc.)



and recommend adoption strategies.

Ensure product compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Drive KPIs and success metrics for GenAI product performance and continuously refine based on feedback.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or GenAI-focused roles.

Strong understanding of Generative AI models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, etc.) and their applications.

Experience working with AI frameworks, APIs, and tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Pinecone, RAG pipelines).

Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value propositions.

Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in agile environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
