Role & responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support development team during requirement clarification and testing activities
- Assist in validating use cases and system workflows during QA/testing phases
- Participate in bug analysis and ensure proper functional validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution

- Document functional requirements, test scenarios, and user cases

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Solid analytical and practical thinking to understand real-time business use cases
- Ability to identify challenges faced by developers during testing and implementation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong learning attitude towards new enterprise applications and emerging technologies
