Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to spearhead our Human Capital Management initiatives in Bangalore.

In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical system configurations, ensuring our HCM suite operates at peak efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, payroll stakeholders, and technical development teams to design, test, and deploy robust solutions that streamline global HR operations.

By optimizing our PeopleSoft environment, you will directly influence the accuracy of payroll cycles, the efficacy of compensation structures, and the overall digital experience for our workforce, ultimately driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate intricate business requirements into functional specifications for PeopleSoft HCM modules to ensure the system aligns with evolving organizational needs.
- Configure and maintain core payroll and compensation frameworks to guarantee accurate, compliant, and timely processing for a diverse employee base.
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT and regression testing, to validate system integrity before production deployment.




- Partner with cross-functional HR teams to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and provide sustainable, scalable solutions that enhance user productivity.
- Manage the lifecycle of system enhancements and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical HR operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, specifically within Payroll, Global Payroll, and Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Exhibit a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise communication and effective documentation.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset to diagnose complex system issues and implement strategic, long-term resolutions.
- Maintain a qualified degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the flexibility to engage with global teams across different time zones.
- Bring 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing PeopleSoft environments, showing a consistent history of delivering high-impact HR technology projects.
