Job Title : Full stack Engineer

i) To manage Partner Portal - a web app where restaurant managers manage menus, orders, and performance.

ii) To LANCH OS - our internal operating system for growth, logistics, and brand ops.

iii) As one of the first engineers on the team, you will define frontend architecture, shape our FastAPI/SQLModel backend, and ship features that land in production weekly. You'll collaborate closely with product, data, ops, and our partner restaurants to turn complex operational workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.

iv) To Lead development of new Partner Portal and LANCH OS features using React, Typescript, and modern state-management patterns and build on the v) To first Al first operating system in the F&B; Sector.

vi) To Build and consume our internal FastAPI PostgreSQL APls to ensure type-safe, performant data flows.

vii) To Build reusable UI components, design systems, and testing frameworks that scale across brands and geographies.

viii) To Own the full software lifecycle - ideation, technical design, implementation, Cl/CD, release, and observability - on GCP.

ix) To independently drive day-to-day UI/UX design and team up with external designers on larger feature launches to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.

x) Pair with backend and data engineers to optimize queries, automate partner invoicing, and integrate third-party delivery platforms.

xi) Set the bar for code quality,



documentation, and engineering best practices as we grow the team.

Desired Candidates i) 8-15 of hands-on experience shipping customer-facing web apps, with at least one React Typescript project owned end-to-end.

ii) Deep understanding of contemporary frontend architecture: component composition, state management, and design-system theming.

iii) Comfortable moving down the stack - able to sketch clean REST/JSON or GraphQL contracts, read and extend Python/FastAPI code, and write pragmatic unit & integration tests.

iv) Cloud-native mindset: development with Docker, automated Cl/CD via GitHub Actions, and production workloads on GCP.

v) Quality champion: you automate testing, set up monitoring/alerting, and keep documentation as crisp as your code reviews.

vi) Product intuition: you enjoy talking to restaurant managers or ops teams, turning fuzzy workflows into elegant Uls that save them stress and manual work.

vii) Bias for action and ownership: thrive in ambiguity, iterate quickly, and measure impact rather than completeness; you're happiest when yesterday's idea is in today's production deploy.

viii) Collaborative communicator - fluent in English.
