ADB SAFEGATE is the global leader in airside solutions, supporting operations at more than 3,000 airports through a network of 40 offices worldwide.

We are establishing ADB SAFEGATE LABS in Hyderabad, our newest extension of global engineering capabilities. The Labs focus on building and evolving digital platforms, data-driven services, and AI-enabled solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Tower, and Weather domains.

As part of a globally distributed engineering organisation, the Hyderabad Labs work closely with teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, contributing directly to solutions deployed at airports worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Build operator interfaces for live status, alarms, events, maps, trends, video, and system health.
- Implement clear handling of normal, warning, alarm, stale, disconnected, degraded, and unknown states.
- Develop safe control workflows with permissions, confirmation, execution feedback, timeout handling, and audit trails.
- Build resilient microservices for telemetry, events, current state, alarm history, and asynchronous messaging.
- Handle duplicates, out-of-order events, network loss, service restarts, failover, and state reconstruction.
- Deliver secure, observable, and tested software through design reviews, code reviews, CI/CD, and incident analysis.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of professional full-stack software-development experience.
- Solid Angular or comparable frontend framework experience.




- Strong TypeScript or Golang or comparable backend experience.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, MQTT, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of APIs, security, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and distributed-system failures.
- SCADA, HMI, industrial control, aviation, transport, or mission-critical experience is preferred.
- Applications from Aerospace, Aviation or Railways will be preferred.

Education:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- M.Tech/MS is a plus
- Equivalent experience with strong technical foundation considered
