Kavadea is looking for a Fashion Designer who can take a product from idea to final production.

This is a hands-on role combining fashion design, product development and production management.

What you’ll do

- Develop recent garments and fashion products
- Convert concepts into production-ready designs
- Work on fabrics, trims, measurements and garment construction
- Develop samples and manage fittings/corrections
- Coordinate directly with tailors and production workers
- Manage day-to-day production and timelines
- Monitor quality, finishing and measurements
- Solve production issues and improve the making process
- Maintain product specifications and production records

What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion design, product development or garment production
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns,



measurements and sampling
- Comfortable working hands-on with tailors and production teams
- Good eye for design, detailing and finishing
- Organised and able to independently manage multiple products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fashion/Apparel Design background preferred

Important: This is not a purely design or sketching role. We need someone who understands how a garment is actually made and can take responsibility for getting it from concept to finished product.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000/month (Task and Deliverable based) depending on experience and skills
