Mystinex Private Limited is building a next-generation Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform focused on helping organizations detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats.

We are looking for our first senior engineering hire to help design and build the technical foundation of the platform.

This is not a typical corporate development role. You will work closely with the founder and have significant influence over our architecture, engineering practices, and product direction.

What you'll work on

- Design and develop the core MDR platform
- Build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Develop Windows endpoint monitoring and telemetry capabilities
- Work on threat detection and alerting systems
- Integrate threat intelligence sources
- Work with MITRE ATT&CK; and security telemetry
- Build scalable security data processing systems
- Contribute to automated detection and response capabilities
- Establish engineering standards, testing practices, and CI/CD
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Make key architectural and technical decisions

What we're looking forRequired:

- Strong professional software development experience
- Strong backend/system-development skills
- Experience designing and building APIs
- Strong understanding of databases and data processing
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Strong Git/GitHub experience
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions

Strongly preferred:





- Cybersecurity engineering experience
- EDR/XDR/SIEM/MDR experience
- Windows internals or endpoint development
- Threat detection engineering
- MITRE ATT&CK; knowledge
- Threat intelligence experience
- Experience with C#, C++, Go, Python, or similar systems-oriented languages
- Docker/cloud/CI/CD experience

Compensation₹60,000 - ₹80,000 /month, depending on experience and technical fit. Equity: Up to 5% equity participation for the founding engineering role, subject to formal equity documentation and vesting terms.
