Karro is building a doorstep car-care and car-ownership platform, starting from Jamshedpur.

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on person who wants to join us at the very early stage and take ownership of building our on-ground operations.

⚠️ This is an early-stage, performance-based opportunity

.

There is no fixed salary at the initial stage. Compensation will be directly linked to the business generated and operational results delivered

.

? What you’ll d o

You will work directly with the Founder and help build Karro’s operations from the ground up

.

Your responsibilities will include

:

? Finding and onboarding car wash/detailing technician s? Training and coordinating the service tea m? Creating and improving car-wash SOP s? Managing daily customer booking s? Assigning technicians to customer s? Ensuring services are completed on tim e? Conducting quality check s? Managing customer feedback and complaint s? Finding equipment, chemicals and consumable supplier s? Maintaining operational inventor y? Helping onboard apartments/societie s? Building relationships with customers and local partner s? Tracking daily bookings, revenue and operational performanc e? Identifying problems and creating solution s
