FO Collections – SBI Position: Field Officer (FO) – Collections Industry: Banking / Financial Services Location: [Location] Experience: 0–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential addresses for collection follow-up. Collect pending loan/EMI payments from customers as per company guidelines. Maintain regular follow-up with overdue customers.

Explain outstanding amounts, payment options, and due dates to customers. Update collection and customer visit details in the mobile application/system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships. Coordinate with the branch/team regarding difficult or overdue accounts. Submit daily field visit and collection reports.





Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduation preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
