Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer role is a full-time remote position focused on building and deploying technical solutions directly for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing back-end services, integrating APIs, and developing software features tailored to client use cases. The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable code, while troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Engineers engage closely with stakeholders to understand workflows, propose improvements, and iterate rapidly on solutions. This position requires comfort with working autonomously,



managing priorities across multiple projects, and delivering high-quality results in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and systems concepts.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in modern codebases.
- Experience deploying and maintaining services in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to work directly with customers to gather requirements, debug issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Comfort with version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across distributed teams, and readiness to work fully remote.
