Agent hiring & onboarding

- Source and hire field agents in your city through referrals, job platforms, field canvassing, and local networks
- Run the complete onboarding funnel: documentation, verification, training, and activation of recent agents
- Maintain a healthy hiring pipeline to meet monthly fleet strength and coverage targets by pincode

Fleet coaching & performance
- Coach agents daily on doorstep KYC, ReKYC, and CPV processes quality, speed, and customer conduct
- Identify low-conversion and zero-conversion agents; run structured interventions to lift performance
- Drive lead attempt rates and conversion percentages against city and bank-partner targets

Ground operations
- Monitor daily assignment, acceptance, and completion metrics for your fleet
- Resolve field escalations, agent grievances, and client-side issues within turnaround norms




- Report fleet health, hiring progress, and conversion outcomes to regional leadership on a weekly cadence

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

- 2+ years in field or fleet operations quick commerce, last-mile logistics, BFSI field ops, BC networks, telecom DSA, or courier operations • Proven experience hiring field agents, riders, or gig workers you know sourcing channels and what closes candidates
- Comfortable being on the ground daily: markets, agent meets, joint field visits
- Data-literate: you read your own MIS, spot the bottom cohort, and act on it
- Fluent in the local language of your city plus Hindi or English
- Immediate Joiner would be preferred
