We are looking for a CFO to lead the financial function of the agency. The role will drive financial planning, profitability, compliance, and business strategy, while partnering closely with leadership to scale operations sustainably.

Responsibilities:

- Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Track and improve profitability across clients and projects
- Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures
- Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and legal regulations
- Oversee accounting, reporting, and audit processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Implement financial systems, controls, and automation





Requirements:

- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Prior experience in a digital agency, advertising, media, or services business preferred
- Robust understanding of agency financial models (retainers, project billing, media spends)
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
- Experience with financial tools, ERP systems, and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
