Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Finance Controller to join our consulting practice. This role involves managing financial operations, driving compliance, and delivering high-quality financial advisory to clients across industries. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a client-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Advisory & Client Engagement

- Provide financial controllership and advisory services to clients across industries
- Support clients in strengthening financial processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures
- Act as a trusted finance partner to client stakeholders, including CXOs and senior management

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IND AS / GAAP
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements for client engagements
- Manage and support statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes

Business Performance & Insights

- Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights and MIS reports to clients
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Support business decision-making through scenario analysis and financial modeling





Process Transformation & Controls

- Identify gaps in financial processes and recommend improvements
- Design and implement internal controls, SOPs, and best practices
- Drive finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementation and process automation

Stakeholder & Project Management

- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, risk, advisory, etc.) for integrated solutions
- Lead client discussions and presentations on financial findings and recommendations

Key Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in managing client relationships and handling multiple projects
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
