Key Roles Responsibilities

Leadership

- Being in charge of project from start to finish, including post-disbursement services

Evaluation
- Underwriting and evaluation of real estate and non-real estate investment opportunities
- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess the investment

opportunities
- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro

micro market analysis
- Conduct initial level screening of Legal and Technical documents
- Raise queries and follow up with sales to close discrepancies in documentation

Reports, Presentations and Notes
- Preparing and reviewing the financial model, Investment Committee presentations & notes,

deviation notes etc. (Must be good in Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Oversee the quality of reports prepared by vendors
- Timely and accurate reporting of data
- Maintain and circulate relevant MIS to stakeholders

Coordination
- Responsible for guiding the customer with clarity towards applying for loans and explaining the

product features in terms of ROI, Processing Fees, Terms and conditions and communication of application status
- Coordinating and liaising for complying pre disbursement and post documentation conditions

Post disbursement MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans,



NOC monitoring and highlighting the deviations from covenants.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely closure of reports
- Liaise with sales, operations, credit team to ensure a satisfactory and a time bound closure of

cases
- Coordinate with Both Lenders and Borrowers to ensure Timely closure of case

Processes follow-up
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry,

application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.

Documentation

- Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files and disbursal documents within the

timeline and adherence of KYC. Post-Disbursement Follow up
- Coordinate with Client, Architects, CA for quarterly/annual reports
- Follow up on conditions for subsequent disbursements

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance

CA Intermediate Candidates acceptable

CFA Level 1, 2 & 3

Experience:

1 year in a company providing Financial Service

Or

1 years working with a real estate developer and handling all loans

Or

1 year working with a Start Up Founder

Must have a solid work ethic and initiative.

Based in Mumbai, ideally in the western suburbs.
