Job Summary The Financial Analyst will support the senior leadership team across multiple mandates, assisting in project analysis, preparation of marketing and transaction documents, and syndication support. The role involves financial analysis, research, investor and lender outreach, and exposure to export credit and structured finance transactions. The candidate will receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience in implementing export credit structures across live mandates.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build, review, and improve Excel financial models covering revenue, costs, capex, debt financing, and returns.
- Prepare DCF models, IRR projections, and sensitivity analysis to support investment decisions.
- Modeling for ECA-backed loans, including amortization schedules, DSCR, and covenant analysis.




- Develop infrastructure project finance models incorporating concession periods, revenue/toll forecasts etc
- Draft investment memorandums, pitch decks, and business plans for client presentations and investor roadshows.
- Provide data-backed analysis to support negotiations with lenders, investors, and institutional partners.
- Conduct sector research (aviation, renewable energy, infrastructure, financial markets) and track macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and policy trends across key regions.
- Benchmark competitor financials and comparable transactions to support valuation and pricing.
- Analyze client financials, creditworthiness, and prepare credit appraisal reports.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Bank, NBFCs, corporate finance advisory firms etc, financial advisory, or related roles.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification will be considered an added advantage..
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of the Indian economic landscape and infrastructure sector.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving with strong logical reasoning skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to source, analyze, and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
