Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, client invoicing, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and timesheet tracking for our US-based IT services operations.

This role requires hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, Zoho Finance Suite, and solid knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Client Invoicing

- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on approved timesheets, contracts, and project milestones.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR)



records and follow up on pending payments.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to validate billing details and engagement information.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
- Manage invoicing workflows in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Timesheet Management

- Track and consolidate employee and consultant timesheets on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
- Verify timesheet accuracy against project allocations and approved hours.
- Follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets within deadlines.
- Generate utilization, billing, and project reports through Zoho People or equivalent systems.

Payroll Processing

- Support payroll processing for US and India-based employees in coordination with HR and Finance teams.
- Ensure payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions are accurately recorded.
