Position: Finance Controller Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8–10 Years We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements . Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.

Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making. Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships. Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax , and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations. Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability . Establish solid financial controls,



policies, SOPs, and governance processes.

Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience ~ CA Qualified preferred. ~8–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience. ~ Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow. ~ Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred. Technical & Behavioural Skills Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, COGS & Inventory , and financial reporting. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.

Strong

Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics . Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
