About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a 100% field-based role focused on building and nurturing relationships with key industry professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Field Networking: Conduct daily field visits to meet and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
- Business Development: Present our products/services to key decision-makers and secure project specifications or partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Identify current business opportunities, track upcoming projects in the market, and generate high-quality leads.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for industry professionals, ensuring excellent service and continuous engagement.
- Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on field activities, client meetings, market trends, and competitor movements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in field marketing, B2B sales, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge:



Experience in the same/relevant industry (working with architects, interior designers, or construction) is highly preferred. However, exceptionally talented candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to pitch and present to corporate professionals.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily local travel as this is primarily a field work role. (Having a personal vehicle is a plus).

Compensation & Perks:

- Base Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
- Exceptional Performers: Base salary of ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month for proven, top-tier candidates.
- Performance Bonuses: Highly attractive incentive structure on top of the base salary based on targets achieved.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
