Description We are seeking a motivated Field Collection agent to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities - Conduct field visits to collect payments from clients and customers

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Report daily activities and collection progress to the management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans where necessary




- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collections Skills and Qualifications - 1-5 years of experience in field collections or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with collection tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
