Position: Field Collection Executive Department: Field Collections Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Loan Collections Employment Type: Full-Time ? Preferred Locations Kadapa Tirupati Visakhapatnam Job Responsibilities Visit customers at their registered/residential or business locations for loan repayment collection. Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments. Collect payments from customers as per company policies and procedures.
Maintain skilled and respectful communication with customers. Explain outstanding dues, payment options, and repayment schedules. Update daily collection details and customer visit reports. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments collected.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and office team regarding difficult or overdue accounts. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
