YOUR TASKS

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.

Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.

- HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and organizational priorities.

Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Analyze HR metrics and recommend actions to improve productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Drive organizational culture and people-focused initiatives.

- Employee Welfare

Monitor and improve employee welfare facilities.

Ensure availability of canteen, drinking water, rest rooms, crèche facilities, sanitation facilities, and first aid services.

Coordinate health, wellness, and employee assistance programs.

- Employee Relations

Act as a bridge between employees and management.

Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct regular employee interactions and feedback sessions.

Foster a positive work environment and strong employee morale.

- Labour Law Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.

Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and notices.

Guide management on labour welfare and employee benefit provisions.

- Employee Engagement

Organize welfare activities, awareness programs, and recreational events.





Promote employee participation in welfare committees and improvement initiatives.

Support worker education and training programs.

- Counseling and Support

Provide guidance and counseling to employees on workplace and welfare matters.

Assist employees in accessing welfare schemes, advantages, and support services.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Labour Welfare, Social Work, Human Resources, Personnel Management from Tier1/Tier 2 institute only (recognized by the Haryana State Government for Welfare Officer position) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience & Skills

6-12 years of experience in Plant HR, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Labour Welfare functions within a manufacturing environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee counseling.

Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Experience in driving employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and workplace culture programs.

Ability to partner with business leaders and support organizational objectives through effective HR interventions.

Expertise in preparing and presenting management presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, and MIS Reporting).
