We’re Hiring | Fashion Design Interns | The Zash Store

We’re a growing lifestyle brand, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the process, not just watch from the sidelines.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing just one thing every day.

We’re building a brand from the ground up, so we’re looking for someone who can move comfortably between fashion design, print development, visual content and social media, someone who can take an idea and run with it.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

✦ Fashion Design

Research, moodboards, silhouettes, collection development, fabric exploration, design details and tech packs.

✦ Print & Surface Design

Creating motifs, artwork, repeats, colourways and print concepts for our collections.

✦ Content & Social Media

Coming up with content ideas, creating visual assets, assisting with shoots, reels, stories and keeping the brand visually consistent across platforms.

✦ Creative Studio Work

Presentations, campaign concepts, styling, visual research and whatever creative project needs attention that week.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is already comfortable working across all of the above.

You should

- Have a strong eye for fashion, colour, composition and visual aesthetics
- Be confident with Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Canva or similar tools
- Understand garments, fabrics, silhouettes and basic design development
- Know how to develop prints and surface artwork
- Understand social media, content creation and current visual trends
- Be able to take a brief from idea to execution




- Be proactive - if you finish one task, you’re already thinking about what needs to happen next
- Be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Be willing to learn, adapt, take feedback and take ownership

You don't need to be perfect at everything. But you do need to be someone who can contribute from day one.
